A Voice in the Development of Crawley

You will receive information on the strategies and tactical action plans being developed by the local authorities, with the opportunity to comment and influence decisions that are being made. Key interest areas are employment, economic development, education and training, transport, town centre redevelopment, crime and safety. You will be invited to attend events where you can directly ask questions and make constructive criticisms.

Networking Events

You can promote your business and increase your business contacts through our regular monthly networking breakfasts. Guest speakers bring an additional focus to each event. We invite you to present your business in our “Present your Business” events where you have a three minute slot. Members can apply to be the main speaker at one of the Breakfast Events giving them the chance to widen their message.

Promotion of Crawley

Join us in organising and executing an exciting annual programme of promotional events for Crawley, aimed at heightening the profile of the town and drawing in consumers of all types into Crawley.

Corporate Hospitality and Community Events

The Chamber of Commerce has a vast network of contacts and often co-hosts events which give opportunities for networking where you can meet potential customers and suppliers in a relaxed environment. You can also use these events to provide Corporate Hospitality for your customers.

As a member you can choose to be included in our “Member’s Directory” which will be available on our website shortly.

Community Projects

The Chamber supports and contributes to the overall wellbeing of the Community in which we live and work. Our members are encouraged to take an active part in contributing to voluntary/ community projects. We strongly advocate in helping the youth of today grow into the potential workforce, managers and leaders of tomorrow; adopting charity, mentoring a young person.

Committee Work

Add your expertise and help your own business, impact the future of the Chamber and stand for what you believe in. This is every member’s chance to do something to make change happen. We have a range of sub-committees which run events, address local authorities, overview projects and community enhancing initiatives.
